BIO

Anna Virtanen was born in 1980. She lives and works in Turku, Finland, as an illustrator, animator and artist. She makes short animated films, animation for tv-commercials, music videos and documentaries and illustrations for books and magazines. Her favourite techniques are pencil and collage. At the moment Anna is finishing her studies at the animation department of Turku Arts Academy. Anna is also a member of an animation and illustration collective called Tuhru.
